Shogran Valley
A valley of immense beauty and tranquility,
it is almost like stepping into a different world. The valley is situated at
7500 ft. it is 34km from Balakot and is on the way to Naran. It is a must see
place, with its beauty.
The plateau of the valley allows you to see
many magnificent views of some the most beautiful snow-capped peaks. From this
point you can see the beauty of Musa ka Musalla, Makra and Malika Parbat. The valley itself is surrounded by thick pine
forests with rolling valleys of lush green.
The ideal time to visit this beautiful
valley is from the month of June to August, during the time when the weather is
pleasant and enjoyable.
Shogran has become a very popular tourist
place and has living accommodations known as ‘guest rooms’ that can be rented.
